Wire Forming

Our modern wire shop comprises of the most up to date CNC Numalliance 310 3D wire bending machines, capable of forming 3mm – 10mm wire. Ideal for medium to high volume production. Fast accurate performance and repeatability. 3 bending heads and fed from coiled material. With rotary arm positioning precision of +- 0.02 degrees and feed precision of +- 0.05mm. User friendly interface with touch screen, tool editor and real-time simulation production.

We also have Whitelegg 2D which will form and butt weld (if required) complete rings in 3-6mm diameter wire.

For lower volume requirements, we also have numerous simple power assisted hand benders.

We are experienced in forming numerous material types. More commonly mild steel, pre-galvanised wire, stainless steel. We can even form and weld titanium!
