Pressed Parts

Spencer manufacturing has a modern auto press shop using the latest CNC coil fed equipment and progression tooling for small to medium sized presswork handling 0.5mm – 6.0mm thick material. 

For medium to high volume requirements we use our SMV 90 Ton auto power press. Capable of processing from up to 200mm wide slit coil and with 140 strokes per minute. Tooling is designed and manufactured in-house which allows Spencer to be extremely competitive in presswork projects.

We also have an extensive range of conventional presses ranging from 5t to 100t for batch production work and low budget tooling work.

Tooling design is supported with the latest edition of Solid works CAD software.
